1. What Luminarot Is

Luminarot is a reflective journaling application that uses tarot-inspired symbolism to prompt personal inquiry. It is designed for self-reflection, creative exploration, and building a private journaling practice.

2. What Luminarot Is Not

Luminarot is not a fortune-telling service, medical device, diagnostic tool, or professional advisory platform. It does not predict the future, diagnose conditions, provide legal counsel, offer financial advice, or substitute for qualified professional care.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Luminarot.
• One person per account. Sharing credentials is not permitted.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Luminarot for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
• Scrape, crawl, or programmatically extract data from Luminarot.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, access controls, or product limitations.
• Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the service.
• Use the card upgrade system to generate abusive, illegal, or harmful imagery.

5. Your Content

Journal entries, card draws, reflections, and upgrade prompts ("Your Content") remain private to your account. Luminarot does not claim ownership of Your Content. You grant Luminarot a limited license to store and process Your Content solely to deliver the product features you use (readings, memory, upgrades, summaries).

Card upgrade images generated via AI models are stored to serve your gallery and share pages. You may delete upgrades individually.

6. Paid Features

Luminarot currently offers free access with optional paid features planned. When paid features launch:

• Pricing, renewal terms, and billing frequency will be displayed clearly before any charge.
• Cancellation will be available in one tap from your account settings.
• No dark patterns, no cancellation mazes, no "are you sure?" guilt loops.

7. Termination

Luminarot may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Account deletion permanently removes all stored data including journal entries, draws, and upgrades.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Luminarot is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or psychological impact of AI-generated readings or images.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luminarot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via the product or email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
